Tracey S. Dean (SHE|HER)

Tracey S. Dean is the owner of Tracey Dean Financial in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has insurance licenses in California (license # 0E83526) and Utah. She holds both series 7 & 66 FINRA investment licenses, which means she is a Fiduciary, acting in the best interest of her clients, first, foremost & always.

Building from a strong foundation of risk management, she doesn’t just pick stocks and manage money. Her vast knowledge in tax planning and risk management enables her clients to form a strategy & more importantly, A PLAN, that takes into consideration inflation, longevity & life’s “what if’s.” She offers risk management products (life, disability & long-term care insurance), wealth strategies (IRA, ROTH IRA, 401k, SIMPLE PLANS), full scale planning (retirement plans, budgeting, insurance evaluations) and a number of alternative strategies (REITS and structured products).

Ultimately forming an individual financial blueprint for success.

Tracey spends significant time championing rights for diversity and inclusion within the LGBTQ+ and other underserved communities in Utah. She is the chairwoman emeritus of the board of directors for the Utah LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce.

Tracey believes her life’s defining moment was the journey that began after nearly losing her life in an ejection car accident. This caused her to take a deep, introspective look at her own path and to make a conscious change to help others. Sustaining several injuries, including a broken pelvis-in 9 places, a year after the accident, Tracey learned to walk again. 4 years later, in 2004, she was proud to be the first in her family to “walk” in a college graduation ceremony at Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Finance.

Tracey resides in Millcreek with her partner Sherri and their 14.5-year-old Dachshund Laci. She has two wonderful step daughters; Erin, 24 and Sarah, 26. She loves reading self-help books and is a member of Tony Robbin’s inner circle. She recently discovered the world of virtual reality via Oculus and is a HUGE fan! The two enjoy discovering yummy local cuisine and theater, spending time gardening and playing in their backyard, vacationing to new places, but mostly, golfing… any chance they get!
